Seemed very competent but after he was paid he left leaving tools in a mountain of grout or adhesive out back and with questions/work unfinished. Never replied afterwards and from other people he seems to have done this many times. No after sales support or warranty . Shame as very competent and a chat would have sorted most of it. I won’t pay in future till work is complete.
