JMS Manufacturing was established in 1991 by Sean and Jeff Harris. Since then the company has expanded dramatically. We currently have 10 winding machines, of which 5 are non-automated and serve as small production runners and 5 are fully automated and are used in high production runs. We also have a large quantity of automated lamination stacking machines for high, medium and low volume production runs. We are regularly adding to our complement of machinery which in turn offers our customers greater service and flexibility. We feel that our success is down to several key points...

Fast Turnaround
Our rapid deliveries range from 1-3 days depending on the complexity and size of the order. We currently have 3 non-automated winding machines dedicated to winding small runs, one-offs, prototypes and emergency breakdowns. These are manned almost continuously because our small orders trade is an important part of our business. We feel that we can gain new customers readily on our prices, and then keep them with our rapid deliveries.

Immediate Quotations In Most Cases
Our telephone sales representatives are able to answer any questions that you may have. We are fast, friendly and very helpful. No job is too small or too much trouble. We will give you an immediate price where possible or return with a price if the enquiry is non-standard or requires non standard parts.

Competitive Price Structure
We feel that our pricing structures will appeal to almost everybody. We offer our rapid delivery service at no extra charge. We do not penalise our customers with surcharges for one-offs and offer attractive discounts for large orders, scheduled orders and regular repeat orders.

Large Stock Holding
We hold very large quantities of raw materials for manufacture as well as a large range of standard size, voltage finished and near finished transformers.
