AG Cranes Ltd are one of the UK’s leading stockist and suppliers of all types of workshop gantry cranes. Furthermore, we supply and test pillar jib cranes and wheeled A-Frame gantries.

We specialise in NEW and USED overhead traveling cranes, goliath cranes, semi-portal cranes, used gantry cranes, second-hand single girder and double girder cranes, electric 415 volt hoists and new or refurbished wheeled A-frames gantries.

We are based in the Midlands of the UK, in the beautiful countryside on the borders of Warwickshire and Worcestershire. Despite the rural setting, we have excellent motorway links.

Now in our 11th year of gantry-crane manufacture as we continue to grow.

Gantry Cranes
AG Cranes are suppliers of Street Cranes, Abus Cranes, Demag Cranes, Konecranes, Donati, Magnetek, and Balkancar Podem Cranes (BCP Cranes). We manufacture new and used cranes, therefore we can always match our price to your budget.

Crane Kits
We supply excellent crane components in kit form if you want to build your own overhead gantry crane. From crane end carriages, control panels, radio remote controls and hoists to full cranes.

A full warranty on all of our new Swing Jib Cranes with or without electric hoists
We supply, install, test, service and certify all makes of jib cranes, therefore we always have the best options available, at the best price. Please give Chloe or Jo a ring to discuss your jib crane exact requirements, and they will be happy to help.

We carry out our own jib crane installation, therefore costs are kept to an absolute minimum. We have three installation teams with fully trained jib crane engineers ready to go at a moment's notice. All of our site vans carry fully certified lifting equipment required to install your new jib crane.

Chain Hoists, Electric or Manual
AG Cranes are distributors for all the major chain hoist suppliers including Stahl, Demag, Abus, Donati Yale, and Streets. In addition, we also import hoists from the EU and are the sole UK agent for BCP wire rope hoist units. Therefore, we can always offer you the best solutions and match your exact lifting requirements.

Chain Hoist Types:
We stock a massive range of electric chain hoists and, indeed, also supply manual chain hoist, if three phase 415v is not available on site. Furthermore, we can supply various heights of lift, always ensuring we have a solution to all your lifting applications.

More importantly, all our chain hoist units are available in many options, including either stationary suspension, (hook or eye), push travel and, lastly, power travel trolleys.

Wire rope hoists for cranes are available in either stationary, power travel (monorail application for single beam cranes) or as a crab unit for use on a double girder crane, standard and low headroom, therefore offering the best hook heights on the market.

A-Frame Cranes
New and second-hand wheeled A-Frame Cranes for workshop use. Often called mobile gantries, or A-Frame gantries made to order, as a result giving excellent maneuverability around tight factory spaces.

A-Frames Gantry Types:
AG Cranes stock and manufacture brand new and used A frame gantry cranes, therefore reducing delivery times. We aim to manufacture A Frame Cranes to suit all industrial workshops applications, consequently allowing us to offer clients a complete lifting solution.

A-Frame Range:
We offer various capacities from 250 kilos to 10 tonne safe working load with widths and heights to suit your lifting needs. Furthermore, our A-Frames Cranes can be supplied with or without a hoist unit. Most noteworthy, the hoists can be either rope or chain, and electric or manual driven.

We also keep a small stock of second-hand A-frames, if speed is of the essence. Most impressively, used wheeled A-Frames prove to be a cheaper alternative to new.
