Our customer base includes major blue chip companies including commercial, health, education, highways and waterways sectors. Currall Lewis & Martin Construction Limited (established 1876) based in Oldbury West Midlands pioneered flowable concrete repairs working hand in hand with one of the leading concrete repair manufacturers. We completed the first Midlands Links project for the Highways Agency and have consistently developed an established supply chain for specialist services.

We work as main contractors for numerous Local Councils including Highways carrying out temporary works and bridge replacements.
We have completed numerous high profile works including our most recent on the A13/M25 intersection at Mar Dyke in Thurrock where we applied our BBA/HAPAS approved bridge deck waterproofing system ‘Matacryl’. Two thousand 2300m2 of Matacryl had to be applied over three nights. We had one and a half hours to apply our primer, membrane and standard tack coat to an average of 760 m2 in each night (Picture below left) including pull off tests and holiday pin hole testing (Picture below right). Within 1 hour of our completed works the hot rolled asphalt was being applied onto our system to enable the bridge to be reopened for the morning rush hour traffic. The works were completed successfully each evening and the HRA was applied 30- 45 minutes ahead of programme due to the skills of our applicators applying the catalyst at varying levels to accommodate and improve programme.

Waterproofing and Resin Injection
Our waterproofing services include membrane and liquid applied, car park and liquid deck waterproofing. Our resin injection team are the best in their field in standard and advanced resin injection and grouting techniques ensuring an established solution to all leaks from various structures.

Structural Strengthening and Bridge Refurbishment
Our specialist bridge division carry out all our strengthening works to bridges and other structures. We can provide surveys, reports, design and install many kinds of strengthening techniques including replacement bridge bearings, carbon fibre plates, carbon fibre wraps and Kevlar reinforcement.

Confined Space Works
Our fully qualified operatives have been instrumental in the success and repeat business we have secured working within confined space conditions. The services we provide for above ground works, we can also provide below ground in water towers, reservoirs, spiral tanks, digesters, and sewage drainage works.
