Fire Risk Assessment

Legionella L8 Assessments
The introduction of the L8 ACoP on the 8th January 2001 requires all persons responsible for any premises, other than private dwellings, with a water system to undertake a risk assessment of that system. The responsible person must keep records demonstrating that the system is maintained according to the L8 ACoP and to retain those logs for a minimum of 5 years. Risk Assessments must be reviewed every 2 years, whenever there is a significant change to the system or if there has been an outbreak of the disease.

COSHH Assessment
The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 require all employers to control any exposure to hazardous substances and protect anyone who may be exposed.
