Company History
Founded by Alfred Ronald Watson in 1966, the company began as a Plastering contractor service in the North London and Hertfordshire area. Today AR Watson has earned a reputation which until now has meant a constant supply of contracts and projects both domestic and commercial in the South East of England without any advertising.

Residential Building and Development
AR Watson can assist on the design process by recommending architects and will manage the project from planning to completion. This substantial luxury home was built entirely by AR Watson over a 10 month period in 2006. This 2007 Tewin Wood home was completely transformed by the addition of a front extension, interior refurbishment and new driveway.

All the people you had working on our extension were, without exception, a wonderful team. Not only are they excellent craftsmen but they were all friendly, good natured, helpful, considerate and professional. I can honestly say, having lived on site, through 5 months of building with Watsons, that the experience was perfectly bearable and acceptable.Thank you everybody so very much for a happy and successful build and a fabulous finished house.

AR Watson contracted to build me a new 4 bedroomed detached house. The work was completed in 3.5 months to my entire satisfaction. The workmanship of his men and the other contractors he introduced to the site was of very high standard. All the staff employed were efficient, helpful and most courteous.

This contractor built a new house for us on a green field site in Harmer Green. We found that the firm was very well organised and work proceeded very efficiently. Furthermore all of the personnel and trades employed by A R Watson were very easy to work with and the standard of workmanship throughout was very high. Furthermore, the principal Steve Pearce was very contactable, hands on and obliging. From our own experience, we have no hesitation whatever in recommending this firm very highly.
