About Archplan
Archplan specialises in offering a highly personal architectural service to private clients, and advises on property acquisition, planning issues, design, interior design and construction management.
Projects tend to be to a high specification in established residential areas, to create unique contemporary architect designed homes and investment properties.
Approach
The initial approach of the architectural practice is always to maximise the value of any property or development site, by inventive design solutions, to create additional space and increase natural light where possible.
Adding floor area whilst making the best use of available space and bringing natural light into the interior sums up our design philosophy on many projects.
Although instinctively contemporary in style, the practice has a track record of sensitive refurbishments to period and listed properties.

Building on our wide range of trade contacts, Archplan offers a maintenance and property management service. The practice organises the letting, management, and long-term maintenance of investment properties for a number of clients in the United Kingdom and overseas.
Architectural services and design
Having a wide experience of working with overseas clients the practice can offer a one stop shop service, co-coordinating the professionals required for the completion of a successful project, including surveyors, engineers, solicitors and letting agents.
