John Bird Associates, a family business based in the new city of Milton Keynes in the UK which provides shop-fitting services to any business in any part of the country. Services

Electrical
Works are led by our electrical engineer and to prevailing regulations. All type of work is undertaken, from Landlord's Certificate through to complete installations.

Flooring
Work is undertaken by our qualified and manufacturer-approved flooring layers. All aspects of work are undertaken, from budget carpet tiles through to top-of-the-range flooring such as Kamdean, Altro, Polyflor, Burmatex, Latour, Junkers and Laminate to name but a few.

Plumbing
Work is led by our Corgi registered heating engineer to prevailing regulations. All work undertaken from Landlords' certificate through to complete installations.

Air conditioning
Work is led by our qualified engineer to prevailing regulations. All work carried out, from wall-mounted units through to complete extract systems.

Ceilings
All types of ceilings installed by qualified and experienced fitters providing suspended grid, solid, stretch, metal can and MF to name but a few..

Shopfronts
Work is undertaken within the shortest time possible for aluminium shopfronts.

Shutters
Supplying all types of shopfronts and steel shutters in the industry, at very competitive costs. Popular styles amongst previous clients include: solid, pin-hole, brick, and concertina. Timber shopfronts are produced in our workshop, by qualified and experienced joiners.

Bespoke joinery
Joinery is designed and manufactured in our workshop by qualified and experienced joiners. All work undertaken uses materials from melamine faced MDF through to real timber, including modern and aged finishes. A range of products can be assembled, from reception desks through to tailor-made kitchens, or even church doors, through to stained-glass windows and beyond.

Mezzanine floor
Works are designed and led by our experienced installers. Installing a mezzanine floor (a new storey) can save you all the hassle of moving your business, as this can potentially double space available.

Office fitting
From re-plan/refurbishment through to brand-new, covering all aspects and trades.

Project management
From design and planning through manufacture, installation and handover as main contractor (turn-key operations). We can work with/from a client's wish-list, architect's plans/specifications, client contractors/suppliers, local authorities or on a sub-contractor basis.
