We ensure all of our products go through a structured curing process to increase structural integrity, in order for them to meet and exceed the British Standard BS1217:2008, and BS EN 771 where necessary. We only use stainless steel for our reinforcement and supply fixings.

HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS
With larger scale projects you need a reliable supplier, who can offer quality, trust and transparency.

Maintaining a colour consistency within your project is key. We are working with natural ingredients which are always subject to mild variation. Our team work to minimise and control these natural elements by aiming to ensure production with a single batch where possible or through carefully tweaking our mixtures to iron out these mild deviations.

The use of Cast Stone allows real emphasis on key design features within your design and offers eye catching aesthetic presence. We’ve worked on countless bespoke building projects, many of which have been featured as a centre piece within a new residential development and is some cases winning nationally recognised awards.

Whether it be through the use of quoins to offer a bold distinction to the building’s exterior, a grand entrance or an internal feature piece such as a large stone fireplace, the quality and visual aesthetic balance are always in mind when our team review your design proposal, ensuring you get the end result and impression you are seeking.

Our Cast Stone
When developing our range, in semi-dry, wet-cast and fibre reinforced a real attention to detail went into the sourcing and grading of the products we use. We found when testing the strength and longevity of various standard range products, opting for a consistently high grade of raw materials soon made a big difference. It is the reason why we import our cement from Europe, because we have found it easier to ensure a consistently high grade of raw material.

By default we offer 4 standard range colours as well as 4 premium range colours however within reason our team our able to produce bespoke colour and texture options upon special request.
