Made an order on 13 Feb - have heard nothing since. I have emailed and used the webchat multiple times to try and find out when my order will be delivered. No one has got back to me. Just tried to ring but no reply.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Luckily I paid by credit card so should be able to get the money back. Appalling.

do not use, make it really difficult to return items, make you pay the return post. on the phone every day for over a week trying to get a "ticket" to make a return. absolutely useless. you cannot speak to anyone to arrange a return you have to apply on-line for a return ticket. they refused my return bogusly even though it was well within the time to make a return. all in all RUBBISH.

Some of my ordered product is missing from my delivery so I made a call to nationwide customer service. Their staffs are polite and humble they assured me that they would deliver my missing product within 2 days, which I received.

Looks great, but you do need adaptors! Also, after the full installation, it was leaking at the connections. Needed to add washers (werent included in the package) and tape. Once done, looks modern and nice!

The Nationwide bathroom is one the most famous company for bathroom taps and other such items. The taps are handy. Style and design of the tap are also good. You can really fell good at morning because of such beautiful fitting; all the accessories provided by it are beautiful.

Great experience from ordering to delivery. The team was very helpful to the online chat and on the phone. They answered every question I had and made the entire process very smooth. Their delivery guys carried an entire bathroom up to the 4th floor and made sure we had everything before leaving. Great price, great products, great team! I can not recommend them enough.
