Disappointing workmanship
Failure to return to rectify faulty installation
Guarantee provided useless
When faulty products acknowledged by owner (Kevin Evans) and confirmed replacement will be installed under guarantee, THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN
18 months on, hundreds of phone calls
Still no resolve
ISSUES RECORDED WITH TRADING STANDARDS

bad customer service. Door fitted glass has blown in 2 yrs but try to get them out to repair they just do not want to know. Try another company before these.
