INTRODUCTION TO PERMATEC Hot melt waterproofing systems have an successful track record of over 40 years. Today, many prestigious buildings in the UK have incorporated a hot melt system, and most current and future hospital projects are utilising the systems benefits which include excellent life expectancy, extreme high performance and competitive installed costs. The installed PermaTEC system provides a tough, flexible, self-sealing membrane for use in most protected membrane roofs (e.g. Inverted or paved roof areas) and structural waterproofing applications.

PITCHED ROOF SYSTEMS IKO produces a wide range of products for use on pitched roofs, these include both underslating membranes, roofing shingles and bituminous roofing products. Underslating Membranes are primarily to be installed below tiles, slates or metal roofing, providing a secondary barrier against wind driven rain, snow and dust.
