Richard and team are absolute stars. He arrived at my empty house to find a pipe had gone and water was running down the stairs, instead of just calling to let us know, he went out and got a stop end to fix it and stop the water whilst leaving another team member with his thumb over the leak to prevent further damage. He came recommended by a friend and it is easy to see why.
