About Tubular Techniques Ltd
Why use Tubular Techniques Ltd?
With over 30 years' design experience within the scaffolding and temporary works sector, there is very little that we haven't been involved with over the years - from bridges over the River Thames, film set structures, naval ships in dry docks to one of our most innovative designs at the Tate Modern project. With a vast array of experiences not only on scaffolding design, but in formwork design and temporary support works as well, we are capable of providing workable solutions for engineering problems.
Scaffolding & temporary works design engineers
Tubular Techniques Ltd specialises in scaffolding and temporary works designs providing well thought out, unique solutions to all types of access problems using both traditional tube and fitting scaffolding or the many systems that are now available. We can also prepare designs for formwork, heavy duty propping using proprietary shoring systems such as RMD or Mabey and designs using timber or steelwork.
The company was started by its Managing Director Keith Drewett originally working on his own as a sole trader, and due to the companies continued success he has been able to expand the company. With a strong emphasis on training new engineers for the industry, the company has taken on two new graduate engineers to bring youth and new ideas to the existing experienced team. Now with an experienced team we are able to continually meet the expectations of our wide and varied client base.
Case Studies
Working across most industry sectors, we prepare designs for all manor of scaffolding structures and temporary works applications. These include temporary roofs, dead shore supports, raking and flying shores and independent access scaffolds utilising both traditional tube and fitting scaffold or the many system scaffolds on the market. We also prepare designs using other materials such as timber or steel. Below you will find some examples of the projects we have been involved with recently.
