Roar Fitness, Eastcheap
Inox were brought in to provide a cost-effective lighting solution by Vulcan Building Services. The intent was to create drama with high quality light within a tight budget.
Primarily, the basement gymnasium is lit by track mounted projectors with high colour-rendering lamps. The weight lifting area is lit with industrial styled pendants, also used in the ground-floor reception. Linear lighting is used to wash wall-mounted artworks, provide ambient lighting to the reception and to accentuate the dragging track that runs the full length of the gym.

Lanserhof at The Arts Club, London
Inox were approached by Intalek to value engineer this prestigious project, which was running considerably over-budget. Because of the high profile of this project, any value engineering had to stick closely to the original design intent and utilise high quality equipment.
Inox provided trimless downlights, linear systems, exterior lighting with high output, precise optics and high colour rendering.
For the changing rooms, Inox backlit the Corian ceilings and provided high-powered gobo projectors to achieve the designers intended ambience.
Finally, three custom chandeliers were sourced for the main reception, lounge bar and secondary reception areas.

Four Degree Restaurant, St George's Wharf, Vauxhall
Inox Technical Lighting designed and supplied all the architectural lighting for the newly opened Four Degree restaurant at St George’s Wharf, London.
The restaurant has several zones, each requiring a different lighting solution.
The main eating area is a galleried double-height space with open ceilings, where suspended track lighting is used to direct light onto the tables. The track is in slender lighting profiles, incorporating random white and colour-changing lit sections. The profiles are installed at various heights and orientations to create an interesting look that works with the exposed services.
Other areas include VIP rooms, a private whiskey bar, seafood bar and art gallery. The VIP rooms include colour-changing lighting concealed in ceiling coffers and surface-mounted downlights. The gallery has a mix of track-mounted display projectors and colour-changing linear elements built into slim profiles. All lighting is controlled by a Mode Evolution and eDin dimming system.

Plexal Innovation Centre, Olympic Park
Inox Lighting was approached by Intalek Ltd to provide a well engineered solution to this project, which was running way over budget.
In conjunction with Intalek, Grimshaw and Cundall Johnston, we came up with the solution of filling the ceiling spaces with a randomised pattern of large triangular lampshades, equipped with DALI triggered RGBW colour-change lightsources. There are a total of 266 of these installed throughout the circulation areas.
We also supplied 32 poles with paired iGuzzini Woody luminaires, to provide background illumination with emergency backup and give the circulation spaces the required "street" ambience. Suspended profiles from our Notus family illuminate casual working and breakout spaces off of the main circulation.
