Rockingham Oak

At Rockingham Oak we create traditional oak frame buildings and specialize in the design, build and erection of green oak frames for houses, conservatories, barns and barn conversions, garages and roofs.

We can build oak frame buildings to your design, or can provide a full design service - working closely with you and your architect to produce a complete structure. Our carpenters are experienced in working with green oak frame buildings, using traditional skills to produce oak pegged jointed frames from simple to very complex designs. Rockingham Oak has been involved with European hardwoods, especially oak for over 50 years.

We have our own 2 acre site in Market Harborough, South Leicestershire, where we hand craft our oak frames, keep a good stock of oak beams, oak flooring and kiln dried oak for joinery.

Our main staff have an extensive knowledge of timber and are very happy to give advice and guidance on a wide range of aspects relating to timber and oak framing.

Although based in heart of England, we operate nationally and have delivered our products all over the UK.
