Having read some of the reviews on this site I have to say my experiences at Jewson Portree couldnt be further from the comments below. Very helpful and friendly. The shop is a bit medieval with no windows but thats in my only issue.

Unless you are a tradesman with an account, customer service is non existent. Staff are uninterested and unhelpful. Will not use again.

Shocking Service would not use this Branch ever again Promise deliveries and dont turn up then very unhelpful in solving there problem . Advise is do not use .

Ladies avoid this place! Two male staff members laughed me to scorn for ages when I arrived in a car to pick up a piece of machinery.(I have picked it up no problem in car before now:)).v sexist attitudes by 2 older men, will go to a competitor.
