Really disgraceful customer service from this company. Ordered a bathroom suite 3 weeks ago and was told it would be delivered within 7 days..10 at most. Despite calling 4 times no one came back to me so i went to the showroom in Dargan, Belfast. Was told it was in Antrim and i could collect myself. Would not use again.

Terrible company to deal with, bought shower taps as part of a big order which are faulty, been given the total runaround since by customer care. Avoid at all costs.

Really awful aftercare customer service. They take your money and then absolutely fail you when things go wrong. From the initial order to issues with guarantees and warrantees, I really urge people to avoid this company

Terrible customer service - and awful communication. A nightmare to get a hold of and when you do they talk their way out of solving the problem. Try make it out as it was your mistake even when you have clear evidence they were in the wrong!
They take a fee to return an item even when they sent an item you didn’t order!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER . Bathshack not delivered kit and pay refund after internet bad reviews only. Bathroom kit web7024719 was ordered in Internet on company web site , i spent last two month and hours on phone calls to get my order , there is no way at all , kit wasnt delivered (day was scheduled and we wait all day at home) , tried to get refund money - no refund , only sale person operator available , tried to find management team - no result , tried to get management team location - no result , say "somewhere on the road" , a lot of times was promised to get call back form management team- no any call back . I Got money back but not got any excuse form company about terrible service - seems this is normal for this company . Absolutely not recommend

BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!! Ordered toilets about a month ago, noticed bath shack did not include parts to fit the actually toilet and am now waiting over 3 weeks not just for the part but for any sort of an explanation! All I am getting is vague responses that they are chasing this up, how much chasing needs to be down for small parts that I have actually paid for!!!!!! In full!!!! It’s a joke. DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS COMPANY! I am
Shocked having read all the poor reviews online. Just unacceptable and totally unfair I cannot move my little girl into her new home as they just will not send me my parts, I cannot buy them anywhere else in ROI as I have tried. It’s a joke. I had to leave my rented accommodation and move back in with my mother due to this I am just beyond upset!!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID people!!!!!!

used bathshack for a renovation project recently, was a little concerned about buying items without seeing them first, but was assured by the sales lady i spoke with that i would be impressed with the items when they arrived. I have to say she was right, outstanding value for money and will i definitely use bathshack again.
