RIPCO is a family-owned manufacturing company established in 1965 for the sole purpose of designing and manufacturing rippers for all of the leading brands of tractor manufacturers. RIPCO is a full manufacturing facility of its own products from initial conception through to the finish equipment, providing quality products and a reasonable cost direct form the manufacturer - each and every component has to pass our quality control and inspection procedures which are second to none.

RIPCO prides itself in the fact that it is a complete manufactures its own hydraulic cylinders to ensure the continuity of the very tight tolerances and quality in every aspect of its equipment.

RIPCO specialises in manufacturing and supplying high quality equipment for the demanding construction and mining industry environment, all of which is totally produced by ourselves in our own 40,000 sq.ft facility in Kent, England. All of our equipment is based on the same philosophy of being very simple, very reliable and very, very robust!


Dozers

• Our ripper units are designed to rip in the heaviest of conditions. Our parallelogram design keeps the tines in the most efficient ripping angle, regardless of how deep you rip.
• The high lift design gets the ripper up and out of the way to give plenty of clearance under the tines, which is ideal when moving your machine.
• Ripper tine shanks are manufactured from high strength alloy steel.
• Replacement points are made from heat-treated alloy steel, and designed for fast penetration and quick replacement.
• Hydraulic cylinders are double acting.

Graders

• Our ripper units are designed to rip in the heaviest of conditions. Our parallelogram design keeps the tines in the most efficient ripping angle, regardless of how deep you rip.
• The high lift design gets the ripper up and out of the way to give plenty of clearance under the tines, which is ideal when moving your machine.
• Ripper tine shanks are manufactured from high strength alloy steel.
• Replacement points are made from heat-treated alloy steel, and designed for fast penetration and quick replacement.
• Hydraulic cylinders are double acting.
• Being mounted at the rear of the grader the weight of the ripper is over the drive wheels and thus increases traction
• It avoids the steering problems associated with the front mounted rippers, where the action of the ripper can conflict with the steering direction, and where the grader has to drive over soft, freshly ripped ground.
• The ripper can rip the full width of the grader or use the outside shanks to rip ditches etc.

Loaders

• Our ripper units are designed to rip in the heaviest of conditions. Our radial design keeps the tines in the most efficient ripping angle, regardless of how deep you rip and helps against ‘slabbing’.
• The high lift design gets the ripper up and out of the way to give plenty of clearance under the tines, which is ideal when moving your machine.
• Ripper tine shanks are manufactured from high strength alloy steel.
• Replacement points are made from heat-treated alloy steel, and designed for fast penetration and quick replacement.
• Hydraulic cylinders are double acting.
