We have been completely satisfied with our RightChoice conservatory which was installed in 2008, We use it as a very comfortable breakfast room and it extends the kitchen. We loved it so much that we had another conservatory built on the other side of the house in 2012, we use this one as a relaxing space and sometimes a party room. We have only had one minor problem and Simon quickly fixed it for us. Definitely the Right Choice for us.

Quick and easy to deal with. A family business who not only takes pride in the quality of their work, but also makes it paramount that the customer receives great service from the start and well beyond the finish; the aftercare that Simon and Julie provide is exceptional, especially so with my initial enquiries. I couldnt recommend this company more.

I would not recommend this company. The owners attitude is disgusting. They only care about the money, not what you think or how upset you are about things. If you were not happy with something they said they would stop all work and not come back. We had two site visits in 7 months. We were contacted by email only, 93 times. Made promises they did not keep. The whole build was very stressful, thought if we paid as much as we did, the customer service would be better. Simon and Julie the owners need to go on a course for customer care and skills. Would never recommend to anyone, please go somewhere else.
I would like to say the workers that came were all very professional, polite and hardworking.

Excellent knowledgeable staff and competitive prices. Lots of items as standard such as lighting and flooring. Options to upgrade should you choose. They can do all the other work such as moving drainage pipes etc. So they pretty much offer a complete package.
