I was greeted with smiles all round when I entered you Stourbridge Lye outlet. The staff were all cheerful and very helpful, with nothing being too much trouble in attending to my needs. It was a pleasure to shop at this outlet, distinctly lacking with that horrible Muzak found at other builders merchants. Please ensure that my appreciation and thanks are passed on to the three assistants who attended to my needs.

Brilliant service asa I walked in I was asked if I need any help and what I was looking for all the staff was very polite especially Ben he got what I wanted would definitely come back
