Thin Section Screed
Self-leveling thin section screed come in powder form and are mixed with potable water or latex solution. They provide a thin layer of leveling compound prior to laying a new floor screed for a better covering. Express Screed employ various methods of thin-section screed placement – from hand mixing to machine placement. Once mixed correctly, we apply the floor screed over an area to the desired depths with a floor-levelling tool and use a spiked roller to leave a level, smooth surface that is ready to accept foot traffic within two hours.

Concrete pumping
Express Screed have been placing floor screed and concrete for 15 years, and we have now added concrete pumping to our list of services after investing in a state-of-the-art Roline pump. We offer concrete-pumping services to large commercial builds and the smallest residential site, in each case offering the customer an improved level of service.

Express Screed offer both a ‘pump only’ or a ‘pump and lay’ service (dependent on materials required) and can pump various materials, including foamed concrete, flowing floor screeds and ready-mixed concrete (up to 32mm).

Underfloor Heating Systems
Express Screed pride ourselves on delivering high-quality bespoke underfloor heating systems (UFH). We offer a wide range of options and work with you towards a solution that suits your needs and is also energy efficient. It’s extremely important that your underfloor heating system is specified by a fully qualified technician, who understands heat loss calculations and pipe layouts. Otherwise, it might work incorrectly, or, in the worst case, not at all.
