Formed in 1993 as an extension of Quinn Building Supplies Ltd, QUINN TRUSS has over 20 years experience in design, manufacture and delivery of Engineered Timber products throughout Ireland and the UK.
With substantial and continued investment in technology and personnel, QUINN TRUSS operates one of the most efficient and advanced CAD/CAM enabled Truss Production processes in the UK and Ireland.
Catering for all types of project, whether domestic or commercial, QUINN TRUSS design and manufacture to all relevant industry standards, specifically BS5268 or Eurocode IS EN 14250:2010 where applicable, as well as complying with current building control regulations.

Attic Trusses - The Smarter way to Roof
Attic Trusses combine the speed of erection on site of standard trusses with the open plan nature of the ''traditional cut roof''. Attic Trusses can give you up to 3 extra rooms in your house for relatively very little extra cost. Attic Trusses have three major advantages over the ''traditional cut roof'':

• Roofing a house, using attic trusses can be up to 5 times faster than using the ''traditional cut roof'' method.


• The speed of erection greatly reduces your 'on site' skilled labor costs. The purchase of the building site and skilled labor costs make up the bulk of your total building expenses. In terms of costs, building materials (including roof trusses) comes in, a distant 3rd place.


• Quality is guaranteed every time using attic trusses. Remember a ''traditional cut roof'' is only as good as the carpenter/joiner's individual skill & experience.

Timber treatment is a very cost effective timber insurance.
Quinn Building Supplies Ltd operate a Protim Class 2 Vacuum treatment plant. The computerised control system ensures optimal treatment to hazard classes 1 & 2. We use the new generation of water based, environmentally safer chemicals.

Double vacuum, pressure treatment protects timber from woodworm, wet & dry rot & insect attack.
