New Tower Installations
Our Project Management skills ensure that the Cooling Tower replacement is efficiently carried out minimising down time and disruption. We offer a complete package undertaking full responsibility for design, installation, mechanical and electrical work cranage and civil alterations where required.
Refurbishment of Cooling Towers
Maintaining “Legionella Free Cooling Towers” requires more than just water treatment. Rusted casings and internals, damaged or inefficient Drift Eliminators, and scaled Packing will all increase the risk and can provide the ideal conditions for the growth of bacteria and release of aerosol.
Cleaning & Disinfection Contracts
We aim to provide Cooling Tower cleaning services that are carried out in a professional manner with fully trained and equipped personnel ensuring that when the Tower is returned to service it operates at minimum risk providing an integral part of a regime to assist in the prevention of Legionnaires Disease.
Performance Improvments
Existing Cooling Towers can be modified to achieve reduced cold water temperatures, thereby improving system operation and reducing operating costs. Increased water temperatures can cause major operating problems in process and HVAC applications.
