S B Consulting are members of The Association of Noise Consultants (ANC) and are third party accredited to undertake Pre-Completion Testing under the ANC Registered Scheme.

• Sound Insulation Testing / Pre-Completion Testing (ANC Registered) in accordance with the requirements of Part E of the Building Regulations (ADE).


• Acoustic design services for residential, commercial, educational, healthcare, and industrial buildings in accordance with ADE, BB93, and BS8233, ProPG, BREEAM, and other relevant standards.


• Air Leakage Testing (iATS Accredited) of new dwellings in accordance with Part L of the Building Regulations.


• Noise Impact Assessments in accordance with BS4142, for planning applications.


• Construction site noise control & monitoring in accordance with BS5228.


• Occupational noise & vibration assessments (Health & Safety) in accordance with The Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005 and The Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005.
