In order to ensure that your venue is managed accordingly to the high level of standards that achieve we issue a venue file to all of our clients.
STATIC SECURITY OFFICERS
Our fully trained guards/security officers are provided with experience of working on a variety of sites. Before commencing any services we visit your premises to conduct a thorough assessment for Health & Safety matters and to highlight any potential breaches of security that could occur. We then proceed to write the 'Assignment Instructions', which will be unique to your site. These will assist the security officer, not only in the general duties they are required to perform at that site, but also in being prepared for any eventuality which may arise including any job specific training which maybe identified i.e. First Aid, Fire Safety etc.
Wherever possible Northwest Guarding will select or recruit a suitable Security Officer that we feel will be most suited for your particular site. The security guard will receive on-site training, and will also be required to carry out the relevant patrols and checks to ensure that the property remains secure along with ensuring the protection of property, the security officers will also deal with problems arising from fire, flood and accidental damage.
There is also the strict requirement for the security officer to book on and off duty, as well as making check calls with the 24 hours. The security guard is also required to complete The Daily Occurrence Book or D.O.B for each shift worked. The Daily Occurrence Book remains on site for viewing by the client. We also provide out of hours supervising by the way of an mobile supervision support.
