Services
We have a raft of experience in all aspects relating to water, drainage and flood risk management. We have staff with a great deal of experience in preparing Flood Risk Assessments (FRA) in accord with the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS), SFRAs, SWMPs and PFRAs. We also employ the latest software packages (including InfoWorks ICM, XP Storm, Micro Drainage, HecRas, Isis and Isis-Tuflow) in providing FRAs compliant with the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and its Technical Guidance.

The range of services which we offer to our clients includes:

• Pre-Purchase advice;


• Preparation of Transport Assessments and Green Travel Plans to accompany planning applications


• Detailed design and procurement of both adoptable (s104) and private drainage, off-site requisitions, balancing and Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDS)


• Preliminary and detailed design of access arrangements, internal layouts of development sites (including advice on parking provision and servicing arrangements) and off-site improvements


• Preparation and agreement of Drainage Strategies, including advice on addressing the interim and future issue of the SuDS Approving Body


• Flood Risk Management advice together with advice on the implications of the various requirements and duties under:
  • National Planning Policy Framework (2012)
  • Flood and Water Management Act (2010)
• Preparation of Flood Risk Assessments


• Detailed 1d/2d hydraulic modelling, fluvial, tidal breach, fully integrated 1d/2d catchment modelling, which are all used to define/map or challenge existing floodplains


• Product Storage Depots – Risk Analysis of Product Spillage and Environmental Requirements – Oil/Petro-Chem Industry


• Negotiations of Section 38, 106, and 278 Agreements
