If I could leave a zero-star review, I would do so. Dave Bryant estimated the entire job (a house renovation near Brighton) would take about 5 weeks. In reality, two or three guys would turn up, do some bits and bobs, then not re-appear for a month or so. The guys who work for him are all decent blokes, but the mess was extremely distressing (I was living on-site) and the chaos unbelievable. At the end of the job, he tried to over-charge me by several thousand pound. Thankfully, Id kept a detailed record of accounts. Avoid avoid avoid!

Bryant Decorators were contracted by the freeholders to decorate the building where I own a leasehold garden flat in Brighton. The work has dragged on for months with workmen rarely turning up, zero communication from Bryant Decorators to the leaseholders despite all the scaffolding obstructing my entrance and garden and the mess continually left in my garden by them including fag butts and takeaway cups and general building mess being left by them. An exterior drain was blocked by all the building debris left by them which almost flooded my flat. It seems the work is all being subcontracted out to various people who arrive occasionally do a bit of work and then leave mess. The render has not been repaired in places as per the tender and decorating has not been done properly. My expensive paving and flower pots have got paint splatter on.
