B-Tech are manufactures of all types of CNC machined components from Commercial to Aerospace to Motorsport Industries with over fifty years experience of machining all types of materials from aluminiums to stainless steels and titaniums. Based in Bracknell, close to all motorway links and next door to Heathrow.


CNC Machining
Speed, reliability, and cost effectiveness have always been the hallmarks of our subcontract machining service, since our formation in 1955 £6m has been systematically invested in the most up-to-date computer controlled manufacturing equipment. All in our Temperature Controlled Factory.

We can now offer CNC Turning, up to 3inch dia in bar and 10 inch dia chucking, on our Mori Seiki and Leadwell turning centres. Turn/Mill on our CMZ TC20YS.
 
Horizontal and Vertical milling on single and twin pallet machines up to 1.628metre by .864metres on the latest VMX 42's and VMX 60T Hurco and our 3 new Mori Seiki NH5000 horizontal machining centres.

Programming on our new Mastercam cad system has greatly reduced our lead-time; all of these are controlled by our computerised Progress Plus Production control which enables us to give our customers a quality, on time and a value for money service.

Refurbishment Service
We also offer a refurbish service. Why buy new if something is scratched or slightly damaged. We can strip the component back to the bare metal and refurbish it back to as new.
