I made an order with Cilfiegan sawmill for air dried oak that cost over £1700 for a window and door job, and nearly half of what was delivered was unusable due to containing heartwood, sap wood, splits, knots at critical points, or having already started to rot. They refused to do do anything about it and I had to spend over £600 at another sawmill for replacements. This is not a reputable outfit.
