Not a very good experience with this company at all. From a customers perspective very quick to attend a breakdown but not so quick to fix the problem. Your goods may be removed for repair at the workshop and sit there for a while as being over stretched not enough time to fix. Thus costing time and money. From an employees perspective fast staff turnaround. No job security. Uses redundancy as a means to an end. Trust issues also. Procedures are not carried out as per hand book, contract or as per recommended guidelines. For instance grievances. Staff are quite forward with telling you your job wont last!
