Highly recommend Clifton trdw bathrooms Birkenhead they always are willing to help. Friendly staff always offered a brew and any worked within my budget. Great products and very reasonable prices.

And they have everything in stock so any issues they fixed the same day.if you need a bathroom I wouldnt go anywhere where else.

Do not believe the stories about all of their products being superior, or any variation on that story. I cant vouch for their claim that their expensive taps have a ceramic or similar coating on the inside, but pretty much every other product was standard stuff, at sky high prices. We feel we have been lied to about their prices and the standard of their products. I would not use them again, and if youre spun the same lines we were, ask for a breakdown of each product and go and check the prices for these products elsewhere. Whilst they eventually refunded us the cost of replacing a product that did not fit (at point of sale, we were told theyd take items back, if they didnt fit, for a no quibbles replacement), it took some effort to chase them down to get this. Dubious sales practices, and thats why we will put a claim in with the courts.

I must complement Lauren, Clifton Bathrooms Birkenhead, we are previous customers to Clifton Bathrooms and very happy with that service, so called into this store just to make inquiry on another bathroom item informed Lauren we were just window shopping at the moment but still received excellent service, knew her stuff , professional yet friendly, left with a bathroom booklet to give us more information saying give me a call if you need any other information.

They are very expensive, but my fitter told me to use there, fitter not great either, tiles rough edges fitter said there were not great,acrylic bath supposed to be luxury very thin and scars and scratches really easy, bathroom only 6 months old, shower tray much the same,flooring click vinyl scratched all ready and i dont allow shoes,shower rail has dents in, all look ok to the naked eye,but when you look for the cost so not worth it.

Absolutely world ?? class staff always willing to go above and beyond carry everything in stock so I have any issues they fix straight away no problems, no pressure sales to customers great showroom great products and great prices would highly recommend all my customers to Cliftons Birkenhead

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are all smiles when making a sale but aren’t interested when there is a problem. My wife and I bought a bathroom suite from them and installed it. When there was a problem they offered to replace the suite but were not interested in reimbursing the cost of installation or re-installation. Be very careful, poor customer service!
