About Current Development Ltd
Current Development Ltd was formed in June 1997 and has experienced steady and continued growth both in terms of work values undertaken and number of satisfied customers.
Current Development Ltd is primarily an Air conditioning specialist, focusing on the design, supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance and service of all equipment from a vast number of international manufacturers. We will also undertake other aspects of building services engineering including electrical, ventilation and mechanical services.
The company continues to employ its own engineers, who have a wealth of experience within the commercial, retail, hospitality and domestic markets and continues to draw on that know how to ensure a quality approach to all delivered services whether it be a small call-out or large scale hotel installation.
The company continues to keep abreast of changing market trends and technology advancements and regularly re-trains office and field service staff to maintain a high level of confidence and competence both technically and in terms of changes and improvements to Health and Safety and environmental legislation.
To reinforce and demonstrate the company’s commitment to the advancement of its skills base the company is currently employing trainees and apprentices.
Current Development has maintained its membership of the B&ES (Building & Engineering Services Association - Formally HVCA)and has additionally undergone independent assessment to achieve REFCOM registration (Register of Companies competent to handle refrigerants).

Maintenance Services
Full preventative maintenance contracts offered to newly installed air conditioning plant – to qualify for manufacturers extended warranties.
Free Surveys to new sites and customers containing equipment not installed by the company.
Installation Services
From initial enquiry, through consultation and design, to the final commissioning and handover of a fully guaranteed working air conditioning installation formed with the client in mind in relation to budget, time line and environmental legislation and ethos.
Repairs Service
The company will at all times recommend the most cost effective solution in respect of repairs to continue the effective working life of an air conditioning system, of what is effectively a considerable investment, both in terms of initial outlay and running costs.
All spares will be sourced from either the original AC manufacturers themselves or respected third party suppliers. The client will be informed at all stages of the repairs process including anticipated costs and all invoices are supported by fully documented engineers service sheets.
Survey Service
This free service is offered to all new and existing clients to ascertain the correct implementation of mechanical or air conditioning plant and materials to establish the suitability of equipment to be supplied for any application, with the aim to compile a competitive price to suit budgets and time scales.
