Came just over two weeks ago...job seemed rushed, didnt come back to cleanup the mess, left set mortar and cement at the front embarrassing mess. Wet weather I can understand, but they didnt use covers, or sheeting. Called last week to ask them to come back and they havent been. Didnt get an invoice of the work or receipt. Next time anyone uses these, pay afterwards when all the work is complete including the "aftercare". Ask for an invoice upfront or confirmation of the work about to be carried out and a receipt.
Not happy with the service unfortunately.

Had work done just over two weeks ago...job seemed rushed, no Logos on the van from what I can remember. Weather was hazy with the rain, but no protective covers, or sheets were used to stop cement or Mortar falling on my pavement, front garden. The mess is embarrasing. I asked them to come back and this hasnt happened. No aftercare service. I shouldnt have to use dangerous chemicals, i.e. Hydrocholric acid to clean up this mess myself. I paid £400 unfortunately by cash, and expected an all round completed job, including aftercare. I got about 75% of the job done. I shouldnt have to chase these to do the rest 25% of the job I paid for. Really unhappy and I cannot afford to pay for another, different patio cleaning company to get rid of the mess Deanway Pointing made.

deanway pointing did a brilliant job on my two properties, pointed and cleaned two terraced house, definatley will be useing these lads again, cleaned up after them as well thanks lads mandy

CUT/CLEANED AND POINTED 2 OF MY HOUSES DID A BRILLIANT JOB, CLEAN TIDY AND RELIABLE, DEAN AND DERRICK ARE GREAT LADS AND ALSO VERY REASNABLE DEFINATLEY BE USING DEANWAY AGAIN THANKS LADS
