Our comprehensive range of heat trace products and accessories which also includes the supply and installation of leak detection equipment and commercial underfloor heating systems, are supported by our design office and installation teams. We have a proven track record of outstanding service and have supplied our trace heating products to a wide range of industries including building and construction, chemical and food processing, quarrying, incinerator plants and utilities such as electricity generation, water supply and treatment, telecommunications and oilfield services both on and off shore.

Our head office, design and manufacturing facilities and internal sales department are based in Telford, Shropshire (UK). We have dedicated regional sales engineers who operate country wide and we also employ our own installation engineers. The design and technical teams have the ability to produce detailed technical specifications, CAD designs and specific application design solutions to meet your requirements.

Services

Product Manufacture
All ESH Trace Heating products are manufactured to current British and European standards (BSEN) and our Management System is approved to ISO 9001. Approvals are also held for Hazardous Area trace heating products.

Product Design
Product design is carried out in house by our experienced design staff.

Bespoke System Design
Due to our flexibility we can design from customer specifications, produce full design briefs or prototypes and manufacture with full customer branding to allow customers to market their own business rather than ours.

Installation
ESH Installation Ltd is a dedicated provider of installed trace heating, surface heating and leak detection systems, designed and installed to current relevant standards.

Our own in-house installation teams are fully trained and have many years installation experience. All engineers hold CSCS cards and other relevant skill cards such a IPAF and PASMA.

Testing and Commissioning
Full system testing and commissioning can be carried out by our technical engineers.
