Low Carbon Technologies
At Green Building Design, we understand the compromises required by green technologies and we ensure the best measures are put in place to optimise the potential of your building. Our focus is sustainable, low and zero carbon technology engineering. Through a rigorous design process, we calculate which technologies are most suited to the project, minimising risk and building trust.

Design Solutions
At Green Building Design we have worked on many technically challenging projects for data centres, trading rooms, universities and healthcare premises. No engineering challenge is beyond our capability.

Our design expertise includes CAD drawing design and BIM (Building Information Modelling).

Management
We offer full project management services to supervise the installation of mechanical and electrical (M&E) building services equipment.

These include management of construction projects from start to finish, including commissioning tests and performance monitoring.

Surveys and reports
To support plans for acquisition, refurbishment or extension, we undertake detailed surveys of mechanical and electrical equipment, including HVAC, alarm systems, lifts, plumbing and lighting.

Acquisition surveys will highlight any potential issues which might arise during the leasing period, comparing maintenance costs for existing equipment versus the implications of replacing boilers, air conditioning units or complete systems.

Dilapidation Surveys
Since the Dilapidations Protocol was introduced in 2012, there has been a reduction in notional budgets and a focus on producing accurate cost assessments to support out of court resolutions.

As experts in M&E cost assessments we can prepare accurate Scott schedules. We fully research the dilapidations brief and the scope of reinstatement obligations. We are experienced in putting forward both the landlord’s and the tenant’s claims and / or defending either
