BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! ACCORDING TO HIM ALL OF THIS IS FINE AND WE DONT KNOW WHAT WE ARE ON ABOUT.

James Wilmot has taken over 56k (full payment) for our extension, he has left the job and will not be returning. Apparently we signed it off with him and all is fine. We are in the process of taking him to court. He is a slapdash builder that doesnt have the skill or care to complete the work to a satisfactory standard. He will take your money, block you on all social media and run. We have given him multiple chances to come back and rectify the issues, but we have just been ignored. He has left us with the following and more minor issues.

- Bifold door thats put in 130mm too high, We now have a big step to get in and out, cold air coming in, damp and mould. It is covered in concrete also and a huge hazard.

- A completely uneven and unlevel floor full of cracks, ( he laid this once already and then had to spend 4 days digging it back up again. Only to lay it like this again!

- Leaking roof and velux windows,the roof pitch is incorrect and will have to get redone.

- Damp and mould coming in from where the pipes go outside

- Appaliing rendering to house, steps and walls

- Completely uneven and unlevel patio which was over 10k

- Blocked drains.
