Landmark tree surgery ltd is the most unprofessional and unreliable company I have ever dealt with. Provided quote which was signed and returned promptly, but never showed up to do the work despite several phone calls and emails.
The owner Mark is full of silly excuses and show no respect for its clientele. Job never got done and I doubt council was ever contacted for approval to remove dead tree. Many other decent, reliable and profession tree surgeries in Berkshire. DO NOT use Landmark, is my advice.
On top of it all they have just been found guilty of felling protected trees in Windsor and will have to pay considerable fine over £20.000,00. Not professional or lawful. Windsor and Maidenhead council has removed them from their approved list of suppliers.
