For over 25 years, Lasershape Ltd has been growing steadily to become one of the industry’s leading companies for Waterjet and laser cutting. We tend to the needs of over 1000 customers every month which is why we employ almost 100 skilled professionals to work 7 days a week, ensuring the highest quality finish to all our work.
With such a variety of customers we are able to help with work in a number of different industries including Aero Engines and Military Vehicles with prestigious names such as Rolls Royce. Being cutting specialists means we have worked with some of the most famous and world renowned brands like Paul Smith and All Saints, and we even have a contract for working on a Mickey Mouse clock face.
We introduced our Waterjet cutting service in 2003 which has meant that we can profile materials with a thickness of up to 150mm and lengths of 9 metres. A similar process to laser cutting but by using high pressure water, we can achieve a clean finish on material combinations that consists of materials with different melting points. This addition, which is accredited to AS9100, means that we can now service a wider range of materials with a high quality finish.

TruLaser Fibre
We have actively worked to reduce our carbon footprint by installing Fibre Lasers across our cutting service. Fibre Lasers use just a fraction of the electricity that traditional laser cutters use making it significantly more cost effective and we are one of the first companies in the world to have them installed.

Fladder
Giving a deburred finish edge to stainless and aluminium parts, the Fladder AUT machine has a rotary head which gives a uniform finish.
