WARNING NOT A COMPANY TO DEAL WITH I cannot get any service from MCP at all. Constant calls even an email to the MD and Planner-still nothing! MCP are contracted by my Housing Association to carry out repairs yet still nothing even when they call. This has been going on for months to get a replacement door. In fact I am not the only tenant who have complained about MCP so THE RED FLAG IS UP.

Very poor service still waiting for a toilet to be repaired that wont flush been waiting for 29 hours and MCP said they done the job lastnight at 9pm ( NOT ) repairs to disabled properties should be done within 4 hours joke ????. If i could rate lower than 1 on star rating certainly would.
