What We Do
Over the years we have carried out various complex projects including the demolition/dismantling of the former British Steel site in Tinsley, the strip out of numerous shopping complexes including Charter Place Watford, and the mechanical strip out, and decontamination of Leeds university testing laboratory to name a few.

We are CHAS and Constructionline approved and all our demolition works are carried out in accordance with BS6187:2000 code of practice.

Working to the safest, most effective and most efficient programme is key to our business regardless of how big or small the contract is. With our in-house team of specialists we will refine our sequence of works to best suit each clients individual needs.

A thorough survey will be carried out, which will allow a detailed Site/task specific method statement and risk assessment to be formulated. This enables the works to be carried out in the safest manner to all involved and our highly trained site supervisors and specialist engineers who will then project manage the works through to its safe and environmentally friendly completion.

We place particular emphasis on training and keeping our techniques and working practices completely up to date. These training levels ensure the utmost safety on site and stringent compliance to regulations on site at all times, this is why Metals and Plant are able to boast an untarnished health and safety history.
