Our works include diagnostic air con fault finding, planned AC maintenance, repairs, servicing and new air conditioning or ventilation installations. We work with commercial and residential customers and with main contractors on large scale projects. We regularly work with schools, colleges and the NHS and can undertake works ranging from single unit installations to large scale VRF installations.

We can provide bespoke maintenance packages depending on your requirements and scope, design and manage all installations in house. We work across all sectors and have experience working with all the leading AC brands, including Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Fujitsu, Panasonic and Mitusbishi HI.

Our call out and servicing teams are all time served, REFCOM F Gas registered and C&G qualified engineers, with the relevant CITB/CSCS site health & safety , enhanced DBS checks and are fully insured. We have a minimum 24 hr turn around time for all contracted clients on call out attendance.

Air Conditioning Repair & Fault Finding
Our engineers have a wealth of experience working with air conditioning repair and fault finding on all brands and styles of air conditioning systems. With the help of the latest diagnostic equipment they are able to determine the source of any problems you may be experiencing with your air conditioning system and make recommendations for remedial action.

Installation
Organising an air conditioning installation is simple...

• Our designated Surveyors will visit with you to ascertain the best style of system for your premises in line with your budget.
• We look at the scope of works, including pipe runs, locations for indoor and external units, the design of the building, shape of rooms and air flow. We also consider ventilation, heat loads and ceiling heights. All of the information is used to design and source a system that best suits your requirements.
• This information is then fed back to the office who will compile a quote and send you an electronic quotation.

Maintenance & Servicing
Regular maintenance visits will not only reduce the chances of faults occurring but will also enhance the performance and efficiency of your air conditioning system. A well maintained system will not only be clean and run more productively but will also have a longer life span.

We offer a comprehensive range of maintenance agreements to suit every business or individual. We can quote based on the number of units you have, or if you are unsure we can arrange a site visit to look at this for you. We don’t tie our customers into lengthy contracts and any new installations are automatically included in our maintenance programmes to give you the option of extended warranties.
