Based just 5 minutes from junction 6 of the M42 (NEC Junction), we manufacture all materials to order, with sheets being made from 1m up to 10m if needed in various gauges and in various coatings including PVC (Plastisol), Polyester and Galvanized. These being available in all profiles including Box Profile, Corrugated and our Phoenix Steels Traditional Tile Form Sheeting.

With an extensive stock of various thicknesses and colours and with transport constantly on the road throughout the UK, we at Phoenix Steels can offer a quick turn around on all products at a date and time to suit you.

• Anti Condensation
  Applied during manufacturing, The Phoenix Steels Moisture Barrier prevents condensation and also offers noise reduction. Perfect for storage and live stock buildings.


• Box Profile Sheets
  Phoenix Steels offer a wide variety of Box Profile Roofing Sheets. All sheets cut to length and available in a variety of coating and thicknesses.


• Corrugated Steels
  The Phoenix Corrugated Roof Sheets are available in 10/3 and 14/3 offering a coverage of either 763mm or 1000mm. All sheets cut to length and available in all colours.


• Fixings
  Phoenix Steels keep an extensive stock of self drilling tek screws ranging from 22mm up to 210mm in length. All fixings with washers and colour coded caps available.


• Flashing & Guttering
  All Flashing and Gutters are manufactured using the latest CNC folding technology. Simply supply us a drawing with your specification and we'll make it.


• GRP Roof Lights
  All Phoenix Steels Roofing Sheets are also available in in GRP. These allow natural light into the building saving on electricity costs.


• Profiles

• Tile Form
  The Phoenix Tile Form sheet is a more natural looking Roofing Sheet. In our opinion the most natural in the market. All sheets cut to length and available in the complete colour range.

  Phoenix Steels offer a complete range of Purlins including Z Purlins, C Purlins and Eaves Beams. All cut to length and in a range of depths. Large quantites kept in stock.
