Pyramid Solutions

I was in a similar position as the other person where I was charged £90 and they then refused to do the work and to refund me the £90. Please avoid. It was impossible to get in touch with anyone.

Iam really disappointed with the Pyramid solutions. As they come up as a Trust mark holder .I have called them up for an estimate for the Government green grant.
A Lady estimator who turned up didnt have a clue about how green grant work or any thing else apart from measuring. I was told that to get the information you have to ring the office and for the estimate they charged £ 90.00.if I dont go ahead with the estimate I will loose that money. whenever you ring the office theres no one to answer. You have to leave a message. Few times they got back to me as I had queries but answers were not to my satisfaction. As they got my £ 90.00 they dont care whether I go ahead with it or not. Estimate was not a very reasonable one either. Couldnt recommend this company to any body & they dont even deserve a one star or Trust Mark.
I think because of the Government grant window companies are over estimateting people.to save taxpayers money I am not going ahead with the Green grant.
