We manufacture, design and draw using the latest 2014 Software.

We fabricate sheet metal parts from a simple Square to complex multi-folded laser/water-jet cut parts.

If we cant do it in-house we know someone or can find someone that can.


Grinding
We can grind most things large and small using our small vertical-spindle reciprocating grinder (600mm x 20mm bed), and our large horizontal-spindle Lumsden reciprocating surface grinder (900mm x 1200mm bed, although this is for sale if you're interested).

Laser/Plasma Cutting
We can offer a very comprehensive Laser, Water Jet and Plasma Cutting service using state of the art equipment, cutting to new levels in quality with a rapid turn-out time.

Stockholding
We stock a huge selection of metals and plastics, and have been stocking materials for sale since 1999 so if we don't have it in stock we can usually get it for you within 3-5 days. Have a look around the site shop to see most of our selection and if there is anything you can't find please let us know.

Injection Moulding
We can manufacture bespoke plastic components and tooling to your requirements using our injection moulding capabilities. Typical projects include electrical connectors, spacers, clips, fixings etc. in a wide variety of plastics including glass and talc filled, PP, nylon, acetal, HDPE etc. Please contact us with your requirements for more detailed information.


Welding
We are able to offer several types of gas metal arc welding including - metal inert gas (MIG), metal active gas (MAG), tungsten inert gas (TIG), spot welding, shielded metal arc welding (SMAW)(Stick Welding), Oxygen/Propane, Oxyacetylene, silver soldering, and brazing. Welding a wide variety of materials including iron, steels (including stainless steel), aluminium, and nickel or copper alloys. We can be fairly sure that we have every aspect of your needs covered.

Turning/Milling
We can offer a comprehensive in-house turning and milling service from one-offs to 100s of thousands using CNC and traditional hand machined components.
