I cannot in good conscience recommend this outfit to anyone. I dont usually write negative reviews but their service was so poor that I feel compelled to warn people.
After turning up late by three hours, Nicos who I think was the boss, was incredibly rude when asked him why he was so late. This was followed by really lour radio from their car, so loud that my neighbours complained. I could also smell cannabis being smoked, but I cannot confirm if this was them or someone hiding ion the alley. The standard of work they did was awful. My roof was leaking beforehand as it needed a load of new tiles put in, but if anything it was worse after they had finished. The only reason I hired them was to fix a leaking roof and they failed to do that. When I rung them up afterwards they gave me the distinct impression that they could not care less as they had already been paid and as such I had to hire someone else and pay even more money which I dont have to correct the non work that they had done on my roof.
Recommend them? I would only recommend them to an enemy :(

Shellis Roofing have done work for me and have been absolutely excellent. They turned up within about an hour of my phone call, in the pouring rain, and fixed the rainwater pipe immediately. Their price was reasonable and I would certainly recommend them. After this job, I recommended them to my employer and they were equally as good, there was a leak to the building from the roof, and they identified a blocked gutter, it was 3 storeys high and they had the correct ladders with them, cleared the gutter of plant growth. That was a year ago and it resolved the problem.

Shellis Roofing were absolutley fantastic. They were very reasonably priced and I can see that they take great pride in their reputation and the care ansd attention on the job i had done. All rubbish was cleared away and swept up and they even took an old chair from the attick for me as i am a OAP. I could see they are a family run business and i will always promote family run rather than large corporations. I would definatley recommed them to anyone.
