Stroncastle are experienced and trusted builders and roofing contractors in London and Surrey. We are based in Croydon, Surrey. We deal with all aspects of construction work. We typically build house extensions, convert lofts into habitable areas, renovate and refurbish houses, flats, shops and offices throughout the area, with many of our customers coming back to us and recommending us to their friends, family and colleagues.

Property Refurbishments
Strongcastle Ltd delivers a full project and site management for every refurbishment or renovation project. We pride ourselves on our approach to domestic building works, as well as leaving an excellent finish, enabling us to offer the client an exceptional building service.
We carry out all our refurbishment and renovation projects in-house and can design and build every aspect of your refurbishment to suit your requirements. We have all the trades under one roof that most importantly pull together as one successful team.
Property Extension works
Strongcastle Ltd builds all types of property extensions from a single storey side return, double storey rear or even a roof extension which are commonly found within London.
We carry out all extension projects and we are able to manage the project from the outset, with our experienced architect acting as a design point. We will handle the planning and building notice application, and then execute the build through to completion.
We often work with clients who already have drawings and in some cases, already have planning permission granted and building regulated drawings. Strongcastle Ltd have the experience of taking on these projects at the construction stage and furthermore, are able to provide a full building service due to the depth and experience within the company.
