Stuart Turner continue to successfully diversify into new markets, building on their promise to ‘power water for all applications’ with their new range of circulator pumps. With an impressive EEI rating starting from 0.18 and with both fixed and proportional control, Stuart Turner now offer an engineered, electronically controlled, high efficiency circulator range for heating, hot water heating and air conditioning.
The new Stuart range of circulators are one of the most energy efficient models on the market. Utilising high efficiency, permanent magnet motor technology and ceramic bearings, the three models within the range provide enhanced energy efficiency, with each circulator offering three constant speed modes; low, medium or high or for even greater savings, three proportional pressure modes. This means the pump constantly monitors the system pressure and flow and adjusts according to system demand, ensuring optimum efficiency and minimum energy consumption.
The range is suitable for a wide variety of pump applications such as single and twin pipe heating systems and mixing loops. The ST 15/60 and
ST 25/80 cast iron heating circulator models are designed to constantly circulate hot water within a closed loop system, offering a typical performance of 4.5 cubic metres per hour and up to an impressive 8 metre head. The ST 15/60 B bronze circulating pump is designed to constantly circulate hot water within a domestic system and offers a performance of up to 3.3 cubic metres per hour and up to 6 metres head.
Stuart circulators make the installers life easier too. Designed as a perfect replacement for any 130 or 180 port to port model currently in the market, they are a hassle free, easy retrofit replacement. The terminal box can be easily configured to suit the installation and the pump set up is easy too, simply scroll through the pre-configured options until the preferred setting is illuminated.
Stuart Circulators are continuously rated, CE compliant, manufactured from robust bronze or cast iron materials and as with all Stuart Turner product ranges, supplied with market leading guarantees, up to 5 years in the case of the cast iron heating variants. They are fully supported by their TechAssist team of technical experts.
• ECM permanent magnet technology with energy efficiency
• Constant speed & proportional pressure control modes
• Easy installation and quiet operation
• Durable, compact, quality construction
• EuP/ErP compliant

Stuart Turner have been shortlisted for product of the year with their new and innovative range of digital pressurisation units for sealed heating and chilling systems at this year's Pump Industry Awards.
Pete Lambden, project engineer and design lead said 'we are delighted to be nominated alongside household names such as Siemens and Wilo. The Pump Industry Awards are regarded as one of the leading industry events and by putting forward our latest product development, I believe we are demonstrating the quality and engineering design capabilities here at Stuart Turner'.
The Stuart Turner SPU pressurisation units present a completely new product proposition, designed and conceived with installation, form and function foremost. They offer a number of unique and innovative features, such as our patent pending monocoque water tank which forms the basic structure onto which all other system components are fitted, in addition to a purpose designed microprocessor control system.
These units provide an automatic method of ensuring a commercial sealed heating or chilled water system is maintained at the correct operating pressure, whilst monitoring the system and reporting any possible faults such as a system leak, to ensure a quick response and reduce downtime. They are available with one (duty), or two (duty-standby) premium quality, continuously rated Stuart Turner pumps, featuring brass pump heads and impellers and are capable of filling a system from new before monitoring and maintaining the design fill pressure.
Whilst many alternative pressurisation units have relied on simplistic LED display screens, the SPU range feature an intuitive control panel with a full LCD graphics display for simple initial set-up and system self-diagnostics. Four alarm outputs, one of which is configurable along with a Modbus interface for connection to a Building Management System (BMS) are also provided.

Inadequate flow rates and water pressure are common shortcomings for many properties, often resulting in underperforming showers and water using appliances. Stuart Turner addressed this issue for larger domestic and light commercial applications with the inclusion of the iBoost F200 unit within the Aquaboost range. This fully integrated system is highly effective, combining a 200 litre cold water break tank and a high performance, multistage pump to overcome restricted water flow and insufficient pressure respectively. Stuart Turner have now officially launched two additional iBoost solutions: iBoost V200 and iBoost +200.
iBoost V200
The iBoost V200 features the same capabilities as the iBoost F200 unit, generating pressures of up to 4.5 bar and flow rates of up to 100 litres per minute. The distinguishing feature of the V200 is the advanced variable speed pump control system which enables the unit to supply water at a constant programmable water pressure as the water demands on the system fluctuate.
Benefits
The user is able to set the system at the desired pressure with ease and precision. Adjusting pump speed to meet actual water demand has the added benefit of reduced noise as well as providing a 'soft start' and maintaining stable water pressure when additional outlets are opened. The lifespan and efficiency of the pump is optimised due to the variable speed pumps operating at a rate below their maximum. Ultimately, wear and power consumption is reduced resulting in a more environmentally friendly system.
Aesthetically speaking, with a high gloss white front panel, an iBoost unit will not look out of place amongst other appliances in a kitchen, utility room or garage. This reliable and compact system will sit neatly within any standard 600mm kitchen larder cupboard and does not require the large ventilation clearance gaps associated with some systems.
Both the F200 and V200 are very user friendly, with control panel and status indicators, simple installation and set-up and dry run protection.
iBoost +200
The iBoost +200 water storage tank featuring a high flow fill valve effectively doubles the capacity of an iBoost F200 or V200 unit from 200 litres to 400 litres. In essence, this ensures all water appliances within the property can experience adequate water pressure with the reduced risk of the cold water tank emptying during peak use. Installation is simple; the kit supplied will allow you to connect the tank to the main iBoost unit through the tank sides. Ultimately, larger domestic and light commercial applications with multiple bathrooms and water appliances would greatly benefit from the +200 unit.
Supplied with an industry leading 3-year guarantee, WRAS approved, UK water regulations and CE compliant.

New and simple approach to ordering Mainsboost Systems:
To further position Stuart Turner as the market leader in mains water boosting solutions, the successful Mainsboost system has been updated and rationalised with effect from 1st October 2018.
These changes only affect the way in which Mainsboost systems are ordered, and do not impact on the system options or product range in any way.
We have replaced the Mainsboost Plus and Mainsboost Charger system product codes with a simple approach which involves ordering the required Mainsboost unit and pump as separate items, maximising flexibility and minimising product variants.
Price reduction and extended Mainsboost Pump Guarantee:
This simple change to the ordering process has enabled us to greatly improve the Mainsboost offer. The price of the MJ3 and MBC pumps are reduced by up to 33%, and the guarantee increased from 3 to 5 years! Additionally, the price of the Mainsboost Composite units are now reduced by 12%, further increasing the appeal of this high specification system.
The latest edition of the Stuart Turner Price List (Oct-18) has been updated accordingly and includes the changes described in this document.
