Concrete Pump Hire
Wotmix concrete pump hire service in Manchester, Stockport and Surrounding Areas. Pumping concrete is the easiest and fastest method to place your concrete exactly where you want it. Whether it’s under over or around an object such as a house, stream or any other stubborn object. Our pump comes equipped with a 16 meter Z fold boom and over 30 Meters of pipeline totalling over 50 meters of reach on the concrete pump at any one time. The pump makes an ideal solution for large ground slabs inside farm buildings, houses and cellars. Our pump comes with a skilled operator willing to assist you with your project.
Our Fleet of Readymix Concrete Vehicles:
We are happy to provide barrows in order to assist you place your concrete
Although we don’t currently offer a barrow mix service, we are happy to provide you with the barrows in order to assist you place your concrete as quickly and as effortlessly as possible where you need it. Every vehicle in our fleet is equipped with a pair of purpose made concreting wheel barrows, these barrows are supplied with every load of concrete. Don’t worry just give us some where to rinse them off and we will leave you to it. No hassle cleaning stubborn concrete from your barrows.
Wotmix Environmental
We implement a zero waste policy.
Here at Wotmix we are fully aware of the impact the ready mix concrete sector can have on the environment. This is why we implement a zero waste policy, in the production of ready mix concrete, waste can be a big issue. From the cleaning of truck mixers, to dust in the atmosphere. This is what makes us different.
Waste water: approximately 98% of the rain water that falls across our site is collected in to storage and reclamation tanks, the water is then used throughout a number of different process’s. The first is washing down our site, we do this to keep the dust at a minimum. Once this has been completed the water heads back to the reclamation tanks.
Wotmix Dust Reclamation
100% of the dust reclaimed.
The production of ready mix concrete can be a very dusty process with a high impact on the atmosphere. From the delivery of our raw materials such as cement delivered by a tanker every day, to the batching process at the production plant.
After a large investment in new equipment, our silos now use an intelligent silo protection system, this ensures all of our filtration systems are working and prevents cement dust from entering the atmosphere. When it comes to batching we use dust reclamation equipment, this creates a vacuum around the truck mixer when it is loading under the plant.
Wotmix Waste Concrete
100% of the concrete returned is reused.
We offer a no return charge service on all concrete orders, this means you only use what you need. On a daily basis our vehicles return to the plant with left over, unused concrete, to many other suppliers this isn’t an option, however, at Wotmix this is NO problem! 100% of the concrete returned is reused in the production of our concrete interlocking blocks, however, we have to ensure the concrete is to a minimum strength.

Our six metre delivery vehicles are a one of a kind mixer, purpose built for us on compact short wheel base chassis. They have the ability to carry 6m3 on the vehicle and still operate in tighter spaces given the smaller turning circle. - 4m3 Mini Mix Concrete Vehicle
Our four metre mini mix trucks are the flagships of our fleet, with over eight of them in operation they are the most versatile mixer we have. Compact in size with a capacity of 4 cubic metres these mixers are ideal for any delivery. - 3m3 Mini Mix Concrete Vehicle
The smallest trucks in our fleet have a capacity of 3 cubic metres, based on a 15 tonne compact chassis, this makes it the smallest concrete truck mixer highly manoeuvrable and available in Manchester, Stockport and surrounding areas.
