About Northern Group Build
With many years of high level experience the Northern Group Build team enjoys a strong presence throughout the Manchester region and surrounding areas. As part of the successful Northern Group of companies we have evolved to become a market leader in new build, refurbishment and restoration projects.
New Build
Our construction team have completed some of the most prestigious projects in Greater Manchester, the North West, Cheshire and Staffordshire. We have recruited and developed a team with a range of expertise covering a diversity of sectors covering from Sports and Leisure, Healthcare, Residential and Commercial.
Led by Managing Director Mark Schilling who has worked on prestigious projects such as The City of Manchester Stadium, Manchester United Training Ground, The Preston Temple Complex and a wide range of top specification residential projects our energetic team has grown to become a new major force in construction in the region.
We are proud of our desire to be groundbreaking. Our energetic approach means we are not scared of new technologies and ideas. We are keen to explore sustainable developments and construct buildings which will leave a legacy for future generations.
Refurb
At Northern Group Build we see the benefits in continually ensuring that buildings are used to their maximum potential. From single houses to large scale office refurbishment and shop fitting we have a proven track record over many years in successfully completing refurbishments to a range of specifications and budgets. We are proud to have refurbished iconic buildings such as the Flint Glass Works in Ancoats which has been brought to life with a modern and contemporary design to a benchmark specification.
As well as specification and cost advise we are able to deliver a full design and build service to suit requirements and budget. We are experienced at working to tight deadlines and in difficult environments with many clients requiring works to be completed in live working environments. As on all our projects open and honest communication is the key to a projects success.
Restoration
At Northern Group Build, as you will see from our images we are not scared of a challenge! Some of our most successful projects have been at the heart of our community restoring some of the magnificent buildings of Ancoats from derelict unsafe mills to wonderful places to work and live. Our experience in this field means we are not daunted by such challenges, nor unrealistic when assessing costs or programme. We are always open and non confrontational with all of our clients. We have a plethora of ideas in this field and also an eye for combining old and new.
We work in partnership with some of the leading experts in brick and timber restoration and are keen to ensure that our expertice in this field continues to thrive as the regions finest buildings are redeveloped and reused.
Minor Works
Northern Group Build will complete projects from minor domestic works to multi million pound projects, no job is too big or too small. Building is what we do best and we are active in all areas of the North of England, Cheshire and Stafforshire. Our divserse tradesmen encompass a rage of skills and we are able to complete projects utilising in house tradesmen the majority of whom have worked with us over many years.
